"Nothing ever seems to get him down!" Recently, I heard that about a fellow
I know. I thought to myself, "Now that is what I want people to be able to say
about me too." I like Psalm 145:14, "The LORD upholds all who fall, And
raises up all who are bowed down." That is not for older, weaker people, but
for the younger with not much experience. They are the ones who need to
be helped. I want to learn to admit that sometimes I fall and when I do, I want
to feel that I can reach out to that hand that will surely help me to be upright
again. Certainly, that is what my friend learned early in life and that is why
someone said nothing seems to get him down. I'm sure it does, but he
doesn't let it bother him because he knows God is holding his hand.
