Wouldn't it be nice to run away from our lives temporarily? Unfortunately, we soon
realize that whenever we run away, we can't leave ourselves behind.
Psalms 25:7 says, "Do not remember the sins of my youth..."
That is a prayer that says I want to forget the things I once did that were not as God
would have them. Oh, they are still there in my head to remind me, but I want to
move on.
Psalm 31:24 says, "Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart,
All you who hope in the LORD."
Stand where you are, firm in your understanding that God is going to be with you
wherever you go! He is that strength to help you.
