Nothing lasts, no matter how long it may seem! Summer is almost over and it
seems as if it has been hot forever here.(N. C.) Solomon had it right, didn't he?
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 says, "To everything there is a season, and a time for every
purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die: a time to plant,
and a time to pluck up that which is planted..."
There is an end and only God is permanent. I think that is one reason God made
the seasons, so that we could see that we can't decide the time for the comings
and goings in life. One day, we will live forever, and forever is what it says - forever!!
I want to spend my "forever" in Heaven - how about you? Mark 16:16.
